It really helped me to learn because I spent a lot of time researching different ways of how to do things, which gave me a deeper understanding of not only the things I was trying to achieve, but the fundamentals of coding in general. While my website is far from perfect, the process is invaluable learning.
I have always been interested in the concept of meditation and believed in the benefits for the mind and thought that it could help reduce stress and anxiety.
I have learned that meditation also trains your attention and focus, and over and above the mental benefits, there are also physical ones such as getting sick less and healing psoriasis.
I really enjoyed the suggestion of imagining that the breath is a pillow for your mind. The imagery of this is so calming and beautiful and really helps to concentrate on breathing.
My psoriasis tends to go away during summer but will be interested to see how I go next winter!
